Delex Systems is currently seeking to hire an experienced US Navy EP3 NFO who would be responsible for the NFO curriculum revision and maintenance (R&M) effort for the Training Media and Materials System for the EP-3.
Position requirements include:
* 3 years experience in developing and integrating training programs focusing on EP-3 weapons and tactics
* Recent EP-3 NFO (Naval Flight Officer) experience assigned to a VQ Squadron (within past 24 months)
* Designated as an EP-3 Senior Evaluator (SEVAL) This is a full-time position which will be located in our California, Maryland office, just outside NAS Patuxent River.

Position: 10-128: Acquisition Support Specialist
Location: Washington, DC
Job Responsibilities
The Acquisition Support Specialist shall assist and support all aspects of the ACAT program Milestone reviews and approval processes in accordance with DoD Acquisition Processes. This position entails analyzing and making recommendations regarding milestone documentation, as well as drafting, tracking, coordinating and staffing all necessary statutory and regulatory documentation, and generating and staffing Acquisition Program Baselines. Duties shall include coordinating/drafting briefings and memoranda concerning Acquisition review Boards and Navy program Decision Meetings/Memos.
Qualifications
*Current SSBI
*At least 5 years experience and practical working knowledge of the DoD and NAVSEA Acquisition Process.

Position: 10-127: *Administrative Security Assistant/Document Control Specialist
Location: Washington, DC
Job Responsibilities
The ASA will provide general administrative and security support to include, but not limited to, answering and transferring phone calls, preparing documentation, making travel and lodging arrangements, producing travel claims, producing visit certifications, process base badging requests, complete small purchase acquisitions, review SF86s, generate PARs and PIAs, retrieve information from JADS/JPAS, operate document scanners, operate CD and DVD burning software, perform secure faxing and other document control procedures.
Qualifications
*A current SSBI *At least two years experience in general administrative and clerical support of a classified program.
*At least two years of experience using desktop computers, printers, document scanners, CD/DVD burners, secure telephone and fax machines.
*At least two years of experience with various software applications including Microsoft Office, SIMS and other DoD-unique applications.
*Familiarity with JPAS *At least two years of experience using an Automated Document Control System
Position: 10-045: *Biometrics Intelligence Analyst
Location: Suitland, MD
Job Responsibilities
Individual will provide biometric analytic support for naval maritime activities consisting of analysis, evaluation, interpretation assessment and dissemination of first phase biometric intelligence from distributed naval assets. The qualified candidate will be able to prepare biometric identification analysis reports and biometric intelligence reports for dissemination within the intelligence community. The individual will participate in international meetings and conferences.
Qualifications
The following minimum qualifications are required for candidates:
• A current SSBI
• 4 yrs general intelligence work
• 1 yr biometrics analysis experience
• 2 yrs experience in intelligence analysis and report writing
• 1 yr experience with Intelligence Research Databases, MS Word and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of roles of DIA , NGIC and the Biometrics Task Force (BTF) concerning biometrics
• Understanding of the purpose of the Biometric Enabled Watch List (BEWL) and its nomination process

•Technical knowledge of the DOD biometric enterprise and / or knowledge of operations in the maritime doma
Position: 10-182: *Common Operational Picture Specialist
Location: Suitland, MD
Job Responsibilities
Individual will: Be assigned to a 24 hour a day/seven day a week watch on a rotational basis supporting client requirements to maintain a maritime common operational picture. Provide database support for merchant ship and naval activity that includes data input, evaluation and quality control necessary to process multi-source ship positional data, use queries to extract selected ship-related data, monitor, correct and reenter ship positions, assist in the preparation of support messages and reports. Oversee management and operations required to develop and maintain a Common Operational Picture in support of client’s requirements. Conduct sampling to ensure data is properly initiated and ambiguities are resolved. In sure track management output is synchronized with other information consumers
Qualifications
1) U.S. Navy operational experience including Fleet Over the Horizon Targeting Coordinator (FOTC) experience
2) Global Command and Control System - Maritime (GCCS-M) experience
3) Maintenance and management of other naval/maritime databases
4) Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Position: 10-148: *Contractor Program Security Officer
Location: Washington, DC
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary assistant to the Program Security Manager in a classified program office. Supervise contract support staff and oversee field activity facilities. Provide reports to government POCs. Write, evalutate and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),OpSec plans and other security documentation. Manage Personnel Security, Visitor Control, Document Control and other administrative security support functions at the program office. Update and maintain various security support databases, review access requests and compile supporting paperwork to assist government adjudicators. Conduct inquiries into security incidents and violations. Conduct security briefings and debriefings.
Qualifications
-A current SSBI -At least 4 years experience in a classified program environment -Working knowledge of the JAFAN series -Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Position: 10-083: *Proposal Coordinator / Desktop Publisher

Job Responsibilities
Proposal Coordination
•Ensure proposal alignment with Government Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements
•Manage/coordinate/support proposal schedule, assignments, and proposal content
•Communicate and manage relationships with all levels of company and teammate personnel
•Ensure configuration management through iterations, including drafts for Pink, Red, and Gold Teams
•Execute proposal tasks independently with minimal supervision once guidance provided Desktop Publishing
•Support Proposal Development Team with desktop publishing, document lay-out, graphics, proposal coordination, and proposal production activities •Ensure consistent proposal look and feel across company by standardizing two column format
•Provide insight and guidance to authors on graphics development
•Manage proposal production and final delivery
•Perform quality assurance on final products Capture/Proposal Support

Position: 10-088: *S &T Intelligence Collections Manager (All Source)
Location: Suitland, MD
Job Responsibilities
Individual will plan and carry out detailed all-source collection planning that will require the development and implementation of collection strategies to ensure scientific & technical intelligence shortfalls are resolved. Individual will develop collection strategies based on a mix of resources; levey SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT and MASINT requirements in order to meet specific shortfalls; track requirements through the process of validation, collection tasking, and evaluation; maintain and use databases that support all-source collection tasking and management, and evaluate new requirements. The individual will interface with analysts, and other organizations within the scientific and technical intelligence community. Candidate must have a current SSBI
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have: A technical under-graduate degree 3 - 5 years of scientific and technical analytical experience and 2 yrs of all-source collection requirements management experience A minimum of 2 years of experience preparing written intelligence products and presenting all-source assessments and / or multi-INT capabilities and resource briefings is desired
Position: 10-174: *Security/Document Control Specialist
Location: Crystal City, VA
Job Responsibilities
Security Specialist who will be expected to perform the following functions:
* Maintain SIMS database for accountable documents
* Input documents into SIMS
* Apply cover sheets and bar codes and disseminate
* Apply accountable controls to classified and magnetic media
* Establish accountability for incoming and outgoing material
* Classified material and maintain destruction reports as required by directives
* Destroy; conduct external and internal transfer of documents to ensure that appropriate receipts are created and maintained
* Transmit material only by secure FAX machine, mail and hand-carry by authorized courier
* Conduct annual inventories of accountable material as required
* Prepare classified material for shipping; control, issue and affix proper classification markings and labels to all magnetic media
* Ensure that classified material is securely stored in GSA approved containers when not in use
