Full Spectrum Discharge Process

For the past 3 years we have provided Warriors the maximum support and care we can provide.  Ironically, in some ways this may have encumbered the degree of empowerment that Warriors experience and may have reduced initiative to take charge of their own care.

The Warrior Lifecycle brings a Warrior from a dependent state to an independent and self sufficient state through a series of phases that gradually increases the Warrior’s independence and decreases their reliance on the Triad for their care.  The goal in this process is to Create empowerment, not entitlement.
