2. At the completion of the above courses, the student will take a test for the National Career Readiness Certificate. The achievement of this Certificate verifies to any employer that an individual possesses the essential core skills of reading, math and locating information essential to jobs in the workplace.

Courses will be offered from online sites around the country and a student advisor will be provided for each student particularly during the initial training and assessment phases.
For the original Inova Healthcare Program whereby WW’s and their spouses could get a job at a Inova Hospital in the northern Virginia area at lower level related to the medical area of interest while pursuing a career as a Nurse, Doctors Physical Assistant, nurse Practitioner, Pharmacist, Nutritionist, Occupational or Physical Therapist, X-Ray Technologist, IT Medical Systems Specialist, that program remains in effect. Applicants will have a paid job while attending the medical profession of their choice with the schooling being paid by the post 9/11 GI Bill of the VA Voc Rehab Program. However all new applicants must apply to the M2M Program and complete above-mentioned Phases 1 and 2 . After completion of Phases 1 and 2, applicants will be managed directly by the Inova HR office and be offered a job at a lower level for the medical certificate or career path chosen. Applicants will have a paid job while going to medical training under the post 0/11 GI Bill or the VA Voc Rehab Program.
