Job Description
CCSi is seeking an experienced Logistics/Asset Manager to provide support to the DHS Headquarters. The successful candidate will be able to control and manage the efficient flow of IT assets and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, Software Management, and related functions.

Lead all activities of an Asset Management system in a large enterprise environment and manage the Asset Management program.

The SME will also provide leadership and oversight to staff in support of the Asset Management operations as well as instituting best practices to the client environment. Thus the SME will also be expected to direct the management of the client’s expectations regarding the timing of deliverables in a manner that supports the needs of the client and provide updates to the client on the status of on-going projects and daily activities.

Excellent interpersonal skills are key in order to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key decision makers, colleagues, staff and the client to ensure effective coordination of services to the client.

Constructively work with DHS management to facilitate the delivery of sound business solutions resulting in the improvement of the client’s productivity and profitability. The SME will be responsible for the accuracy of the client’s computing inventory, licensing of software, lease terminations and disposal of equipment at lease expiration.

Experience working with Asset Management at multiple locations is desirable.
Job Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or related discipline. Master’s degree is desired but not required in lieu of professional experience.

Minimum of 10 to 15 years experience with all aspects of Asset Management for an end user environment.

Secret Clearance required, Top Secret Clearance preferred. Must be able to pass DHS Suitability.

Possess an understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and roll-up techniques, MS Office Suite including MS Project.

Previous experience in the installation of an Asset Management system, either as the led or team member.

Experienced with seat management concepts and has participated in servicing a program.

Familiar with and experienced in the taking of Enterprise inventories, including techniques such as scanning, ongoing electronic inventory tracking.

Working knowledge of Microsoft operating environments, networks, telecommunications, Microsoft products, and Internet browsing tools.

Job Description
The Proposal/Corporate Development Manager will play a key role in coordinating with business development in creating winning proposals. The Proposal/Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for helping the team develop win strategies and themes, identify and assess competitors, and develop client hot buttons.
CCSi is seeking a solution-oriented individual to serve as a hands-on Proposal Manager on all proposals for the department of defense, civilian, and intelligence agencies. The Proposal/Corporate Development manager will be responsible for proactively developing, maintaining, and continuously applying CCSi's proposal process for each proposal, including outlines, storyboards, win strategy, etc.
To perform the job successfully, a candidate should demonstrate the following competencies:
Apply a strategic approach to leading proposal development efforts that includes driving the win strategy and conducting competitive analyses in a collaborative environment with capture managers and subject matter experts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Managing proposal process by building schedules, building compliance outlines, tracking author inputs, scheduling and managing reviews
Coordinating proposals using a defined but flexible process based on Shipley or SM&A
Coordinating with Capture Manager and Contracts on each proposal effort with respect to customer knowledge and contractual requirements; analyzing customers, competitors, internal capabilities; and helping articulate win strategies
Running Win Strategy sessions with marketing, capture, and subject matter experts; capturing marketing oriented hot buttons, win themes, and approach features and benefits
Leading proposal team meetings, such as kick-off meetings, pink teams, and red teams, and other reviews as necessary
Leading and interpreting solicitations to identify critical items required for a compliant response.
Interviewing program/project managers and technical personnel to collect technical and methodology information and incorporate that information into writing/editing winning technical approach sections of proposals
Analyzing proposal sections for consistency and clarity, compliance with RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements, and alignment with proposed solutions and themes
Preparing for and conducting kick-off meetings, strategy sessions to coordinate inputs (writing and editing) and directing team members to ensure professional and on-time delivery.
Maintaining configuration integrity, including version control, of evolving proposal artifacts using SharePoint
Remaining current on all amendments and modifications to the solicitation.
Performing quality check of all proposal sections and volumes. Responsible for accuracy and quality.
Enforcing the proposal schedule with the capture manager or technical lead
Leading internal lessons learned meetings to identify ways of improving the proposal process; participating in debriefs with the government; and documenting recommendations for improvement
Job Qualifications and Education:
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
Educational background/degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related is preferred.
Minimum 6 years of proposal development experience in federal contracting environment with proven supervisory experience, as well as experience in managing and coordinating the work of multi-disciplinary teams.
