The Proctor and Gamble Management Training Program

Provides for management training positions in the Proctor and Gamble Management Training Program for Wounded Warriors with a BS or BA degree.

Proctor is the crème d’crème of American blue chip corporations and its leadership team is laced with leaders with a military background. The CEO, Bob McDonald is a West Pointer and their team understands and appreciates the qualities of decision making and leadership gained in combat five years ago their recruiters came to us and asked us to identify Wounded Warriors with a Bachelors Degree (BS/BA) for possible hiring into their Management Training Program.

Proctor and Gamble has treated candidates in an open encouraging manner and given them the opportunity to interview jobs in areas of the country and of interest to the candidate. They make the candidate feel wanted and of importance in offering them jobs of their choice. They are concerned about the families of the candidate. For someone who is interested in climbing the ladder in a super organization and learning the skills of management in a great corporation, this is an opportunity.

The idea would be to get a job and then go back to school using the Post 9/11 GI Bill, VA Vocational Rehabilitation Program or tuition assistance from Proctor and Gamble while on the job to get an MBA or other advanced degree.
